V-CREATOR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and design teams to ensure project specifications and safety standards are met on a daily basis.

The role requires hands-on supervision of site operations, material planning, and active cost and risk management. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality workmanship, timely delivery of works, and robust documentation while fostering positive

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience supervising construction sites and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Proficient in ensuring work meets specifications, quality standards, and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor on site.
• Ensure high quality work through regular inspections with subcontractors.
• Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise subcontractors.
• Issue material requisitions in time to meet construction programme.
• Schedule and monitor plant and materials weekly to meet programme.
• Ensure workers follow safety measures and implement safety programme.
• Assist Project Director and relevant personnel; act as Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.
• Coordinate with Sub-contractor Manager/Project Manager and others on cost control and variations.
• Maintain good relations with clients, design teams, neighbours and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and assist ferrying workers to sites.
