HOCK LIAN SENG INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD.d is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Singapore.

You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget, while maintaining quality and compliance with safety standards. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to resolve complex site issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related field.
• Experience managing construction projects for a Main Contractor in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, WSH and BCA quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor and update the master construction programme and milestones.
• Coordinate sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Manage daily construction activities ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and cash flow; coordinate variation orders.
• Procure materials and subcontractor services; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, method statements and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and authorities on submissions.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.
