Job summary

Hock Lian Seng Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer (Main Contractor) to lead on-site construction, plan and supervise activities, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across projects.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Experience in building and construction projects, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, C&S and M&E drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, progress monitoring, quality control and site documentation.
Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection and digital construction tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities per drawings, specs, method statements and programmes.
Review drawings for coordination and resolve discrepancies with consultants.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site staff to meet project requirements.
Monitor QA/QC, safety compliance and site documentation; report progress and risks.
Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities as the project advances.
