• Overall management and coordination of construction projects
• Planning and monitoring of project schedules, manpower, and resources
• Management of project progress, quality, safety, and cost control
• Coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and management of project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Conduct project meetings and preparation of project reports
• Monitoring of site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
• Identification and resolution of project issues, risks, and delays
• Administration of project contracts, variation works, and project documentation
• Ensure timely completion and successful delivery of projects
