hock lian seng infrastructure pte. ltd. is looking for a Project Manager in Singapore to oversee end-to-end construction projects. You will plan and monitor master programmes, coordinate resources, and manage safety, cost, quality and regulatory compliance on site.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and hands-on experience with main contractor projects. You will lead engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience managing construction projects for a main contractor in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, WSH requirements and BCA quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor and update master construction programme, milestones and work schedules.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement recovery plans to achieve targets.
• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with C&S, A, M&E and specialist works.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specs, method statements and project requirements.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and contractual submissions with Contracts Manager and QS.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and inspection requirements.
• Oversee safety management and ensure safe work practices on site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, QPs, engineers and authorities on technical submissions.
