THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Planning Engineer to join our construction project team in Singapore.

The position focuses on developing and maintaining master programmes, coordinating progress reports, and supporting tender activities. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, plan performance progression, and monitor interfaces and risks. A degree in engineering/construction and proficiency with P6 Primavera, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience and LTA

Qualifications

Requires at least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
Degree in engineering/construction discipline or equivalent.
Proficient in P6 Primavera program.
Must have LTA experience.

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal department and subcontractor in weekly/monthly progress report preparation.
Plan out performance progression on upcoming project.
Prepare weekly development progress.
Prepare master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage.
Assist in tender preparations including technical planning, submission of write-ups proposal and tender presentation to clients.
Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks.
Identify and report variations in contract requirements.
Liaise and attend meetings with clients/ consultants / subcons and suppliers for design, drawings, methodologies, catalogues and material matters.
