Responsibilities
Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs accurately and timely.
Work closely with Group C&B team to support the design, implementation, and review of salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
Plan, coordinate, and administer the annual salary and increment exercise in accordance with company policy and approved budget.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness for the Business Unit under the guidance from Group HR C&B team.
Provide guidance and support to business leaders on compensation and benefits matters for Business Unit level.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Analyse compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Administer and maintain HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system reliability.
Support HRIS enhancements, upgrades, testing, and system improvements.
Support Group HR projects related to rewards, employee engagement, and total rewards strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus
At least three years of experience in Compensation and Benefits roles within the Manufacturing / Construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and industry trends.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
