PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior HR Compensation & Benefits professional in Singapore. The role focuses on salary benchmarking, market analysis, and supporting annual compensation reviews across regional and HQ teams.

You will collaborate with external consultants and government agencies, ensuring data-driven, compliant remuneration practices while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
• Experience with government agencies and managing external vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• High level of integrity and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Scope :

HR Compensation & Benefits

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis with external consultants to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Participate in market surveys and analyse compensation data to support equitable and competitive remuneration practices.
• Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programmes.
• Partner with regional and headquarters teams to support compensation initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Others

• Support HR projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners on HR-related matters and special projects.
• Provide support for HR administration and operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
