Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager for its Quality Service Management (QSM) team in Singapore. The role spans internal communications, community engagement, staff recognition programs, and development initiatives.

You will engage diverse stakeholders, craft compelling content, coordinate app-related communications and drive airport-wide initiatives to strengthen belonging across the ONE Changi ecosystem. A degree in any discipline is required.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Experience in video production, filming and Adobe Premiere Pro will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Communications & Content Management: work with operational units to communicate initiatives across the airport community; plan, write and curate content; produce storyboards and scripts with the video team; ensure messaging is clear and consistent across platforms; manage content calendar for app and admin matters.
Community Building & Engagement: plan and deliver programmes to foster belonging, organise staff engagement and recognition initiatives, partner stakeholders to drive participation and strengthen ONE Changi culture.
