Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation to enhance passenger experiences within the aviation industry. You will develop and execute innovative concepts that elevate the Changi Experience and strengthen the airport's award-winning reputation.

You will manage events from activations to installations, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive business development by selling venue spaces for corporate events.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, event coordination or related field.
• Passion for creativity and developing innovative ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Experience in sales or business development in venue/events is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Experience management and creation for events and activations.
• Sales and booking of venue spaces for corporate events and launches.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion with budgeting and timelines.
• Overnight setups and takedowns as required.
