Job summary

Qualifications include a Diploma in healthcare administration and at least two years in large organisations, with strong English and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Diploma or above in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large organisations, administration, innovation projects or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in English; Microsoft Office; EPIC and SAP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for integrated care models and workflow improvements.
• Support data operations to inform clinical decisions and program evaluation.
• Assist with quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, and office operations for the Community team.
• Support events and community health programmes and engagement with partners.
