Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of assigned inpatient ward(s).
• Track and monitor performance indicators to improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in hospital design transformation and support services.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up with service recovery.
• Review and update policies and procedures as needed.
