Job summary

IPOS International invites a senior strategist to drive Singapore's national IA/IP agenda. You will lead formulation and review of national strategies, coordinate across government agencies and industry, and build trusted market infrastructure to attract investment in IA/IP.

You will guide policy translation into strategic outcomes, oversee economic research and data analytics, and represent IPOS in senior-level engagements with government and international partners.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in shaping strategy and policy.
• Strong strategic judgement and navigating ambiguity.
• Deep stakeholder-management across Government and industry.
• Understanding IA/IP in commercialisation, valuation, financing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to represent IPOS at senior-level forums internationally.
• 10+ years in strategic planning, public policy or market development.

Responsibilities

• Guide formulation, review and implementation of national strategies and policies for Singapore as a global IP hub.
• Develop IA/IP ecosystem; mobilise partners and design scalable interventions.
• Support translation of priorities into strategic outcomes and data-driven insights.
