Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Executive (Commercial) to manage day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring high-quality service and strong tenant relationships.

You will oversee maintenance, safety, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related field
• 3–5 years of facility/property/operations management experience
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with 3+ years practice
• Strong knowledge of multi-Tier MCST (BMSMA) laws
• Experience in M&E and facilities management of high-end commercial or mixed-use developments
• Excellent technical knowledge of premises management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of assigned commercial properties
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building exteriors
• Manage maintenance quality and contractor work to specifications
• Prepare repair estimates, create work specs, supervise works
• Manage fire protection and security systems
• Ensure health and safety/regulatory compliance and audits
• Assist in drafting and monitoring budgets and expenditures
• Produce timely management reports
• Develop and maintain tenant/stakeholder relationships
• Attend tenant/council meetings and address complaints
• Supervise on-site personnel and external contractors
• Oversee major on-site projects to completion, on time and within budget
