The role covers financial management, OH&S, HR, negotiations, and contract oversight throughout the asset lifecycle.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to interpret budgets and reports.
• Analytical mindset with capability to interpret asset performance data.
• Proficiency with standard business software and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advice to Client on operational requirements of the Assets.
• Attend Project Control Group meetings during asset commissioning.
• Develop House Rules Fitout guides for the assets.
• Manage transition of assets from pre-completion to occupancy.
• Assess and recommend staff for asset roles and hires.
• Develop tenant satisfaction strategies and client liaison plans.
• Oversee tenant relations and retention efforts.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including engineering and compliance.
• Administer leases and manage budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinate financial reporting and asset expenditure reviews.
• Oversee contracts for building services and maintenance.
• Liaise with legal, town planners, surveyors, tax and accounting advisors.
