Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD ≥12 yrs, or Master’s ≥15 yrs in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience in CMP Process Development with strong chemistry/physics understanding.
• Publications/patents and demonstrated technical contributions.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead key NAND CMP process modules, translating tech challenges into roadmaps across current/future nodes.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Technology Development, Process Integration, Manufacturing, and Equipment teams.
• Lead FOAK CMP process development, including recipe architecture and control strategies.
• Ensure process robustness through run-to-run controls, SPC, qualification, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor engineers, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and communicate technology status to leadership.
