Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Process Development Engineer to join the Advanced Node team, supporting rapid deployment of technology nodes and margin improvement for CMP processes in 3D NAND memory parts.

You will lead experiments, collaborate with vendors, and design monitoring/control methodologies while mentoring colleagues. A PhD and semiconductor experience are required, with strong communication and multi-project management skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with minimum 1yr of relevant experience in semiconductor industry with background in CMP in 300mm wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMP processes to improve product quality and reliability for next generation of Micron's memory parts.
• Focus on understanding and improving process margins to meet mature yield goals for 3D NAND parts.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
