Qualifications

PhD in a relevant engineering/physics field with semiconductor CMP experience.

Develop and optimize CMP processes to improve quality and reliability for next-gen memory parts.
Improve process margins to meet mature yield goals for 3D NAND.
Collaborate with vendors and implement AI-enabled insights for efficiency.
Lead complex multi-functional projects and provide strategic technical direction.
