Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own CMP process module characterization for 3D NAND and beyond.
• Transfer CMP processes to high-volume manufacturing (Fab10N).
• Lead process monitoring and optimization to improve yield and reliability.
• Collaborate across local and overseas teams on complex projects.
