• Hands-on CMP equipment operation with AMAT/EBARA-300X and next-gen CMP equipment.
• Experience in dielectrics/metals CMP process development on 3D NAND or memory tech.

• Develop and optimize CMP processes to improve product quality and reliability.
• Improve process margins to meet yield goals for 3D NAND parts.
