Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Singapore to lead technical engagements with customers and partners, translating needs into secure cloud security solutions. The role emphasizes executive-level communication, demos, PoCs and strong collaboration with HQ support.

You will travel within the region to support engagements, deliver high-impact presentations, and advocate for customer needs to Product and Sales teams, helping grow market presence and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions/Systems Engineer with track record presenting to executives
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior executives
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and influence CISOs/architects
• Experience with systems installation/configuration on Linux, MacOS and Windows
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts, SSO, DLP, and SAML/regex is a plus

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by articulating Netskope benefits to executives
• Deliver demos, PoCs, and value propositions to customers and partners
• Lead regional POCs and eval plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Represent customer feedback to Product Management for feature requests
• Conduct presentations at conferences and trade shows as needed
• Support regional customer success and satisfaction post-sale
