Qualifications

• 5+ years of distributed applications design/implementation/operations/consulting.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership and executives.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
• Keep AWS environments operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to CXO-level executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain more value from AWS.
• Provide reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning.
• Offer post-sales consultative expertise within Enterprise Support.
• Help customers migrate workloads to the cloud and uplift their capabilities.
