Job summary

St Luke's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Operations Executive to support the efficient, safe, and patient-centered delivery of services. You will plan, coordinate, and implement healthcare services and strategic initiatives, while providing administrative support for department operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating new service implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and KPIs, and overseeing procurement, asset management, and post-implementation monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in healthcare operations, service implementation, project coordination, or healthcare administration.
• Understanding of healthcare service delivery models and clinical workflows.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems.
• Data analytics and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of new services, programs, and operational initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and deployment schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues.
• Coordinate staffing, training, equipment procurement, and readiness.
• Ensure MOH regulations and governance standards compliance.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, reports, and updates.
• Support post-implementation monitoring and reporting.
• Support annual workplan development and budgeting.
• Monitor KPIs and budget utilization, flag variances.
• Assist with procurement processes per hospital policies.
• Support asset management, inventory documentation.
• Facilitate service contract renewals and onboarding of providers.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees.
