Job summary

St Luke's Hospital is seeking a strategic planning professional to support the Strategy unit of the CEO’s Office. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring SLH’s strategic direction and performance indicators in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles or project planning/implementation.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning, implementation and monitor progress of SLH’s strategy
• Organise the annual strategic workplan retreats for SLH
• Curate, analyse and contextualise reports on healthcare and industry trends for SLH strategic planning
• Assist to formulate the SLH internal performance report, which documents the progress and performance of SLH’s current strategies and its forward strategic direction and plans
• Provide administrative support to develop and operationalise SLH’s strategic plans
• Track and monitor SLH’s Organisational Performance Indicators and Key Hospital Performance Indicators
• Work with stakeholders to implement new strategic initiatives
• Assist in progress tracking and improvement plans for SLH’s strategic initiatives
• Tracking of performance and fund utilisation of strategic initiatives funded by the Community Silver Trust (CST) Fund
