Woodlands Health is seeking a capable Operations Support professional to help translate strategic plans into effective clinical service delivery across OT, Endoscopy and SOC facilities and surgical services. You will partner with clinical leaders to define service requirements, workloads and capacity while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient facilities operations.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution (Degree preferred).
• Strong administrative skills required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or community setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Support Care Services Planning & Development and population health strategies.
• Support Facility and Clinical Operations including equipment planning and procurement.
• Governance, Planning & Department Support: prepare approval papers and policies.
• Participate in organisational or department projects and other ground operations when required.
