NHG Health Group is seeking a capable professional to support clinical services planning and development within Woodlands Hospital. You will work with a dedicated team to translate organizational strategy into operational execution, contributing to care quality, service value, and patient experience across OT, Endoscopy, SOC, and clinical operations.

You will partner with clinicians to define requirements, analyze demand, and help implement innovative care delivery models in a complex hospital

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a healthcare or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or community setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilités

• Support Care Services Planning & Development.
• Assist population health needs analysis within the WH catchment to inform planning.
• Partner with clinical leaders to align services with projected demand.
• Collaborate with clinical leads to define service requirements and capacity.
• Assist design and implementation of integrated care delivery models.
