Job summary

Woodlands Health is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership for selected clinical departments under the Department of Integrated Care and Community Partnerships (DICC) and to oversee the Advance Care Planning Office (ACPO).

The role partners with clinical leaders, nursing, allied health and corporate teams to drive planning, governance, resource management and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• 6–8 years of related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Healthcare or community experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for DICC clinical departments and ensure effective service planning, governance, resource management and quality improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, funding requirements and resource planning for ACP Office to ensure financial sustainability.
• Lead planning and execution of outreach activities, stakeholder engagement and events.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvement initiatives across departments.
• Lead and supervise teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
