Job summary

Tengah General and Community Hospital is seeking a Senior Executive, Clinical Operations to help plan clinical services, infrastructure, and resources. You will collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to streamline workflows and support hospital development.

The role involves organizing workshops, preparing briefs and business cases, and monitoring progress across work streams to ensure timely updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical operations and/or inpatient healthcare operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, written and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative and independence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical service planning and hospital planning to optimize patient journeys.
• Work with clinicians and stakeholders to plan clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
• Assist discussions for road-mapping Tengah Hospital development across planning works.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and catering as required; maintain filing systems.
• Prepare business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and funding.
• Track progress across work streams and report updates to management.
