Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Senior Executive, Operation Admin (Clinical Operations) to join the 2-year contract team in Singapore. The role partners with the Head of Department to drive clinical services across the care continuum and ensure performance against KPIs.

You will support clinical transformation, cancer care initiatives, and strategic growth while coordinating with stakeholders on equipment purchases and data management. Strong leadership and change management are essential.

• Drive the cancer care ecosystem development and service implementation across NHG Health PHI sites.
• Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to support growth.
• Collaborate on purchasing medical equipment to support clinical services.
• Support data management and analysis of performance indicators.
• Be a leader in embracing change and align department goals with hospital strategy.
• Foster continuous improvement and assist in corporate activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Senior Executive, Operation Admin (Clinical Operations)

This is a full-time position offered on a 2-year employment contract, with the possibility of renewal/extension based on performance and organisational needs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• SPECIFIC (80%)
• Partner and support the designated Head of Department (HOD) of Clinical Departments for the development and operational management of clinical services throughout the care continuum. This collaboration will include on identifying and driving opportunities for the growth of both new and existing clinical services.
• Joint accountability with Chair of Clinical Division and Heads of Clinical Departments in meeting business, financial and operational performance indicators of the department. This would include, but not limited to, patient workload in various care settings, Financial Performance, SOC appointment lead time and surgical lead time (if applicable) and any relevant operational patient care outcomes.
• Support clinical transformation efforts including improving access for better outcomes (early detection/timely intervention), optimising value-based care outcomes, and increasing market share through progressive reduction of out-of-network (OON) referrals.
• Support the development of clinical projects by conducting change management and partnering stakeholders to achieve common action plans.
• Drive the development of the Cancer Care ecosystem across NHG Health, supporting cancer-related service development and implementation across PHI sites to serve the Central North population.
• Develop and execute business plan and marketing strategies to improve workload identified for growth to meet organizational and population needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders on the purchase of medical equipment/ equipment to support clinical services of the department.
• Support in data management and analysis of performance indicators.
