National University Hospital (NUH) is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to support NCIS (Clinical Operations) across multiple care settings. You will coordinate patient journeys, appointments, billing, and admissions while collaborating with clinical, nursing and admin teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role involves supervising a small team, driving quality improvements, and coordinating with departments to optimize workflows and streamline operations across NUH sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 2 years or more in healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient care pathways.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily outpatient clinic operations and coordination across NCIS sites.
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate billing, smooth appointment scheduling, and patient flow.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, IT, Finance and QA to optimize workflows.
