National University Hospital (NUH) is seeking a proactive Nursing Administration professional to manage operations, support innovation, and lead sustainability initiatives. The role includes coordinating committee activities, assisting with branding and communications, and enabling efficient administrative workflows.

You will work with nursing leadership to oversee diverse functions such as procurement, RTLS support, and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any discipline; healthcare administration or related qualifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and MS 365 tools; willingness to automate routine tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operations for Nursing Administration, including real-time location system (RTLS) related BAU matters.
• Plan and coordinate patient-use furniture replacement and maintenance for nursing areas.
• Serve as secretariat for Nursing Ops Council (NOC) and support meeting logistics, minutes, and action items.
• Support nursing innovation initiatives, workflow improvements, and resource optimization projects.
• Support sustainability efforts aligned to departmental priorities, including waste reduction and re-use initiatives.
• Coordinate nursing branding and communications materials, including e-newsletter procurement and stakeholder follow-up.
• Assist with workshops, trainings, and scheduling; facilitate cross-functional collaborations.
• Perform other projects and administrative duties as assigned.
