Job summary

The Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Portfolio Management at National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) oversees the portfolio of clinical informatics projects, including NGEMR-Epic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value through improved patient outcomes, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with clinical and IT stakeholders to define scope, monitor progress, and report on portfolio performance, while ensuring alignment with NHG's vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics/Health Information Management/CS or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/Agile) optional but beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical informatics, health IT, or related project roles.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) preferred.
• Proficiency with informatics tools and EHR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain NHG's portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
• Prioritize projects based on strategic value, resources, and impact.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Monitor progress; ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Measure portfolio performance and drive process improvements.
• Engage clinical staff to ensure user-centered informatics solutions.
