Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in health informatics, information technology, data analytics, healthcare management or a related discipline.
• Experience in a healthcare, clinical informatics or health IT environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly implementation or support roles, will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to improving patient care through the responsible use of data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics content for end users requiring data from NGEMR, translating needs into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytics outputs are accurate and aligned with priorities.
• Support continuous improvement of data tools and reporting capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between end users and implementation teams for NGEMR projects.
• Oversee testing, validation, training and access management; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Support data governance processes and policies pertaining to NGEMR and related systems.
• Provide general administrative support to OCI as needed.
