The Senior/Clinical Informatics Analyst at National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of EMR systems across clinical and operational teams in Singapore. You will gather requirements, analyze workflows and redesign processes to improve patient care and efficiency.

The role requires collaboration with clinicians, IT staff, and administrators, plus mentoring junior analysts and guiding data-driven decisions through analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical informatics or healthcare experience.
• Epic and Health Informatics certifications (e.g., AMIA 10x10, CPHIMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering and detailed needs assessments.
• Design, build and optimise EMR systems to meet operations.
• Manage comprehensive testing activities.
• Evaluate and optimise clinical workflows.
• Conduct data analysis for decision support and improvements.
• Manage small to medium-scale informatics projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive stakeholder engagement.
