Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales to post-implementation support. You will engage with partners, design tailored solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will drive technical solutions with AI/LLM tooling, manage multiple partnerships, and continuously optimise client engagements across a global partner base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.
• 10+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tooling, including practical experience building or deploying agentic workflows, with the ability to evaluate outputs critically and apply AI to accelerate technical delivery and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop POCs and support demonstrations to win new business.
• Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues with partner integrations.
• Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners.
• Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagements.
