Job summary

Cover Genius, a Series E Insurtech, seeks a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to articulate the value of our product offerings from pre-sales to post-implementation. You will guide partners through integrations and tailor solutions for their needs.

You will design, troubleshoot, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, while working with SQL/BigQuery/Data Studio to surface growth opportunities. Mandarin fluency is a plus for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.
• 10+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, JSON, etc.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting or related function.
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tooling, including practical experience building or deploying agentic workflows.
• Strong strategic, analytical and tactical skills; must be able to create plans then roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Experience in managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Partnership team to assist with new partnership opportunities, prepare technical sales material, develop proof of concepts (POCs) and support demonstrations to win new business
• Design optimal solutions to ensure minimal technical issues, enable opportunities for growth and provide the ideal customer experience
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures
• Identifying, troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations
• Use SQL, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio and related technologies to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners
• Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through managing internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improving process, make recommendations and implement changes through automation of activities to optimise client engagements
