Job summary

Citco Fund Services Singapore is seeking an Investor Relations client relationship manager to build and maintain relationships with private equity and hedge fund clients. You will act as the primary IR contact, manage daily workflows, and ensure accurate reporting and NAV processing.

Responsibilities include representing IR at management meetings, coordinating with AML/Treasury/Fund Accounting teams, and coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related area.
• 7–9 years of experience in investor relations or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships as primary Investor Relations contact.
• Act as escalation point for client interactions with the team.
• Proactively manage daily workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure accurate processing of capital transactions and NAVs.
• Represent IR in management meetings and with clients/auditors.
• Provide coaching and participate in staff selection and reviews.
