Job summary

WATIGA & CO. (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Client Services Leader to oversee the Asia-based Loan Agency Operations Complex Transactions Team, ensuring top-tier delivery and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements across clients.

You will partner with the Head of Loan Operations Asia, drive process improvements, manage escalations, and mentor a growing team to scale servicing, onboarding, and reporting while maintaining a client-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Loan Agency Operations or similar leadership.
• 2-3 years of Loan Agency Operations/Client Services duties.
• Experience managing teams and delivering complex client service operations.
• Experience in institutional debt markets.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrable experience in change management and process improvement.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Good technology skills, including experience with loan administration and payment systems.
• Highly client-focused with a strong service mindset.
• Professional credibility to represent GLAS with clients and stakeholders at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Client Services Complex Transactions Team across Asia.
• Maintain high service standards, ensure on-time, compliant deliverables.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues.
• Own client communication standards for clarity and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Head of Loan Operations Asia to align priorities.
• Oversee onboarding, execution, and ongoing servicing with Transaction Management.
• Ensure payments, notices, reporting are accurate and timely.
• Drive change initiatives and process improvements.
