Job summary

Toppan Trident in Tokyo is seeking a Senior Client Servicing to manage key accounts and coordinate packaging projects from brief to delivery. You will ensure timelines, communicate with global stakeholders and internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 5 years in client servicing or project coordination, fluency in English, and native or business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2). Onsite work at the client’s office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client servicing or related roles.
• Fluent in English with native/business-level Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 equivalent).
• Strong coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in printing/packaging or brand execution is a plus.
• Based in Tokyo and able to work onsite at client office.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Clarify client requirements and manage timelines
• Coordinate artwork, pre-press and production workflows using Trident and client systems
• Track deliverables and highlight risks or delays early
• Support scheduling and release of completed work
• Support quotation, purchase order and invoicing coordination with clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
• Support system testing and technology enhancements when introduced
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts.
