Job summary

CLSA is seeking a dynamic Client Portfolio Manager to lead expansion of its institutional client base across Singapore and ASEAN markets. The role focuses on acquiring clients, expanding investment solutions, and diversifying strategies, with close collaboration across banks, insurers, corporates, and large-scale investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a targeted sales and investment strategy to acquire and retain institutional clients, with a focus on Singapore and ASEAN markets.
• Lead the promotion of the firm’s investment products, including equities, fixed income, multi-asset strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of client portfolios to align offerings with their investment objectives, regulatory constraints, and risk appetite.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop tailored pitch books, thought leadership content, and client-specific proposals to articulate value propositions.
• Maintain CRM tracking to optimize client engagement and pipeline management.
• Partner with investment, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Deliver regular updates to senior management on sales and investment metrics, client feedback, and market penetration progress.
