Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Specialist based in Singapore to educate clients on the Alpha Platform and CR IMS across asset classes in Asia Pacific. You will demonstrate platform capabilities to traders, managers, and operations professionals and work with Sales, Client Management, and Support to address questions and objections.

You will travel 20-30% regionally, build relationships with existing clients and prospects, and contribute to pre‑sales engagements while staying

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and investment management software preferred.
• Ability to present complex platform capabilities to diverse audiences.
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills across sales, PM, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Alpha Platform solutions to major clients in Asia Pacific.
• Act as product expert on CR IMS and Alpha Data Platform.
• Liaise between market participants, clients, and internal teams to drive adoption and opportunities.
• Travel to clients across Asia Pacific and develop relationships with senior practitioners.
• Assist with RFPs/POCs and contribute to pre-sales activities.
