Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB's Singapore ISAP center seeks an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join the PMS team in a multicultural environment.

You will mobilize project teams, translate client needs into deliverables, manage budgets and risk, and liaise with stakeholders across markets to meet objectives.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, with strong MS Project and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a CIB banking environment.
• Expertise in project cycle management and risk anticipation.
• Strong infrastructure knowledge: networks, storage, databases.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clarify client needs and translate into requirements.
• Identify deliverables, track risks, and mitigate issues.
• Define and report project KPIs to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and ensure delivery meets requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and hand over to production.
