Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited is seeking a Client Solutions Project Manager for Global Corporates and Financial Institutions. You will own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new and expanded services, coordinating Sales, Product Management, Client Service and Operations to drive revenue growth.

You will lead multiple client projects, applying structured PM tools, meeting SLAs, and managing expectations with thorough communication and training.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years' experience in managing account opening and/or electronic banking service implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills to manage projects across multiple areas.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse projects from deal won to live operation, coordinating Sales, Product Management, Client Service and Operations.
• Implement using structured project management tools to ensure on-time delivery within SLAs.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups and clear communication.
• Support bankers and Sales staff with technical expertise on electronic banking products and solutions.
• Handle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
