Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Proven experience designing and building large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of the One KYC platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering best practices in software engineering, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the KYC platform, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring platform stability and availability.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for the One KYC platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to KYC and data privacy.
