Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of relationship managers to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
Develop and implement plans to expand the client base and wallet share.
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth or key corporate clients with integrated financial solutions.
Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Prepare reports on team performance, client acquisition, and revenue to senior management.
Participate in client meetings and presentations with senior-level support.
