Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels Singapore seeks an exceptional client experience professional to deliver personalized luxury service across reservations, VIP appointments and jewellery presentations.

You will support clienteling goals, coordinate events and manage daily salon operations, while representing the Maison with expertise in its collections and savoir-faire to collaborate with boutique teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences across touchpoints (hospitality, reservations, VIP appointments, High Jewellery presentations).
• Support clienteling and business objectives through appointment coordination, follow-ups, data management, gifting, deliveries, and personalized experiences.
• Coordinate Maison events, Salon activations, and exhibitions with seamless execution and strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences across all touchpoints, including tailored hospitality, reservations, VIP appointments and High Jewellery presentations.
• Support clienteling and business objectives through appointment coordination, follow-ups, data management, gifting, deliveries and personalized experiences.
• Coordinate Maison events, Salon activations and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution, client engagement and adherence to Maison standards.
• Manage daily Salon operations, including supplies, inventory, vendors, maintenance, budgets and operational requests.
• Represent the Maison with professionalism and strong knowledge of its collections and savoir-faire, while fostering collaboration with Boutique teams, sister Maisons and partners.

You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
