Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore is looking for a High Jewelry Marketing Assistant SEA to support product operations, events and strategy across four SEA markets. You will collaborate with the Product Manager and Marketing Executive to develop the High Jewelry category and manage daily business for events and boutiques.

You will coordinate stock transfers, event logistics and training content, while ensuring timely certificate management and stock availability for client presentations.

Qualifications

• Appreciation for High Jewelry with good organization skills.
• Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint (SAP is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn; a dynamic team player who can work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support High Jewelry Product Operations with boutiques, logistics and regional teams (stock transfers, new stock allocation, import/export).
• Assist Marketing Executive to manage stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentations.
• HJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets.
• Coordinate temporary patrimony exhibitions in Raffles boutique logistics.
• Support the Marketing team in events/boutiques animations.
• Assist in creating product content/tools (ebooklet, training decks).
• Contribute to training content for the Raffles team.
• Support High Jewelry Product Strategy and daily marketing activities.
• Assist in building the monthly Visual Merchandising Zoning Plan with VM team.
• Ensure good stock representation across the 4 SEA markets.

What are we expecting from you?

As High Jewelry Marketing Assistant SEA, you will support both the High Jewelry Product Manager and the High Jewelry Marketing Executive to develop the High Jewelry category in the 4 SEA markets. You will support business operations for daily business and for events and contribute to High Jewelry Product Strategy.

Your main missions will be:

• Support High Jewelry Product Operations Manage product operations with boutiques, logistics and regional teams (stock transfers among SEA Boutiques, new stock allocation, import/export with other markets/HQ etc.) together with the Marketing Executive
• Support the Marketing Executive to manage stock availability requests and follow-up after client presentations
• HJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets
• Help to coordinate the temporary patrimony exhibition in Raffles boutique in terms of logistics
• Support High Jewelry Product Assist the High Jewelry Marketing team in preparation of events/boutiques animations
• Participate in the creation of product related content/tools (ebooklet, training decks)
• Participate in the creation and roll out of training content for the Raffles team
• Contribute to High Jewelry Product Strategy
• Support Marketing team for novelties launch and daily activities
• Participate in building the monthly Visual Merchandising Zoning Plan together with Visual Merchandising team and Marketing executive to ensure a good stock representation across the 4 SEA markets
