Based at the iconic Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall site, you will contribute to ongoing menu development, maintain high quality and consistency, and collaborate closely with the head chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage a section of the kitchen to ensure quality and presentation.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen team, delegating tasks during service.
• Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain technique and standards.
• Collaborate with head/sous chefs on menu development and specials.
• Oversee stock, inventory, and ordering to minimize waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
