NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company. We seek a Change Management intern to support communication, engagement, and stakeholder activities on real client projects in Singapore.

You’ll work with seasoned consultants to learn consulting, change, and stakeholder engagement, shaping outcomes through hands-on experience. You’ll help craft communications, participate in client discussions, and apply design thinking and Gen-AI ideas to enhance productivity and client impact.

• Apply design thinking and Gen-AI ideas to boost team productivity and client experience.
• Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordination with clients.
