Job summary

viseo asia seeks a Change Management Lead to drive user engagement, organizational readiness, training, and adoption across the project lifecycle. You will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful implementation and sustained user adoption of the new solution.

The role emphasizes developing communication plans, conducting readiness assessments, and delivering comprehensive training materials and sessions to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Change Management experience.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and workshops.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise system or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change awareness.
• Share project updates, sprint highlights, and WIIFM communications.
• Deliver training to key users and end users.
• Create training materials, FAQs, quick guides, and video tutorials.
• Support UAT activities and incorporate user feedback into training content.
• Monitor user adoption and system usage.
• Gather user feedback and support change adoption initiatives.
• Assist users during hypercare and stabilization.
